Tigert Hall Ground Floor Water Intrusion Repairs
Description of Work: This building which was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2008 was experiencing rain water intrusion above ground level. Inspection and testing showed the problem was most likely along the joints of the segmented limestone water table elements.
Work Scope: Strip old materials (mortar and sealant) associated with the limestone segments and clean. Apply Dow building sealant and tool to match the original joint profile.
